• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with tags attached
• For FINA-approved competition swimwear, hygiene seals must be intact

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Ear protection items
• Opened packages of chlorine-resistant swimwear with broken hygiene seals
• Custom or special order competition swimwear

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Receive return authorization and instructions
3. Ship items to our Houston address with completed return form

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
