All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Houston headquarters. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two reliable shipping options to serve our global community of swimmers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders like competition swimwear

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking
  • Great for non-urgent orders of swim accessories or equipment

International Shipping Notes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
  • We cannot ship to certain Asian and remote regions

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our competition swimwear, aquatic equipment, and family swim products. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  • Product name and size (for exchanges)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos if the item is defective

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 24 business hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid label if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely with the original packaging and include:

  • Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
  • Original receipt or packing slip

Step 4: Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect your items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Methods:

  • Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Store credit: Immediate issuance via email

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Ear protection items (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Opened packages of chlorine-resistant swimwear if hygiene seals are broken
  • Custom or special order competition swimwear

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability. Shipping fees for exchanges will be charged unless the original item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including FINA-approved goggles or competition swimwear), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable
