The Freeflow Pullbuoy from Arena is a swim training tool that has been designed to be worn between your thighs, immobilising your legs so that you can work on your body position and improve upper body strength and technique. This Arena pull buoy is lightweight and compact so easy to carry to and from training sessions and its hydrodynamic contour improves water flow and reduces thigh friction.
